There are no words to describe how much better and calm and more at peace I felt when I walked out of her beautiful space than when I walked in. This is a space where you can feel held in such a gentle and kind manner - there is nothing better than that feeling - it just enveloped me like a warm hug. And I came away with some much appreciated ideas to take with me so that leaving the space did not leave me with a sense of wondering how I could take the benefits of the session with me into my life outside that most precious of spaces. I cannot think of anyone who would not benefit from Jackie's special gifts - This is self care at its best.

Before working with Jackie, I felt extremely disconnected from my body. I had extremely painful irregular periods and didn't know why. I struggled with letting go of shame from past events and I was completely out of harmony with my femininity. Since working with her, all of those things have shifted. I now feel more empowered in who I am and understand myself as a woman. Her knowledge and teachings are something every woman should be taught! Seriously.
